All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Miller, Helen Salsman Helen Salsman Miller of Bethany, OK passed away December 7, 2002 from the complications of a chronic disorder. Helen was born in Clarkson, KY to Squire and Iva Salsman on April 20, 1920. She married Charles L. Miller, Jr. of Leitchfield, KY on June 10, 1940, and the couple had two children, Charles David Miller and Ruth Ellen Miller. After moving many times for the FAA, the Millers permanently settled in Bethany, OK in 1959. Helen was a wonderful cook and a very knowledgeable listener. She enjoyed painting, sewing, and crafts, and had many friends in the Bethany area. She was interested in national politics, and enjoyed the respect of those who new her opinions. She gave extremely devoted service and precious love to her husband and children throughout her life, and she overcame life's challenges through her deeply-rooted religious faith. She is survived by her son Charles David Miller of Bethany, her brother-in-law Levine Mullhall of Louisville, KY, her sister-in-law Frankie Taylor of Leitchfield, KY, her brother-in-law Carl Miller of Leitchfield, KY, Many cousins, nephews and nieces, and by her true and loving friends, Gary and Alvera Vail of Bethany, OK. She will be dearly missed. Services will be held 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 11, at the Chapel of Resurrection Cemetery.
