He is survived by his daughter Susan Mayers; his granddaughter, Stephanie Franks; and his sister Marta Sullins. Clayton was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Mayers and Ida Mayers-Hinton. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 4, 2003, at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel in Moore, OK. Interment will follow at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in OKC. Services will be under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
