Patsy Davis Marriott

PLAINVIEW - Patsy Davis Marriott, 49, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Calvary Baptist Church of Tulia with 
the Rev. Don Auten, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill 
Cemetery in Tulia by Lemons Funeral Home of Plainview.

Mrs. Marriott was born and raised in Tulia where she attended school. She 
had lived in Oklahoma City and worked at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 
in Midwest City, Okla. She was treasurer and member of the Ladies 
Auxiliary Post 9969. She moved to Plainview in 1997.

Survivors include her parents, Betty Jo Davis of Tulia and Leonard L. 
Davis of Plainview; four sons, Shane Davis and Coty Marriott, both of 
Plainview, and Jerry Allen Payne and Bobby Payne, both of Quitaque; three 
sisters, Betty Starnes of Tulia, Bonnie White of Plainview and Lynda 
Freeman of Oklahoma City; four brothers, Lyndell Davis of Tulia, Warren 
Davis and Sammy Davis, both of Plainview, and Walter "Dub" Davis of 
Amherst; and four grandchildren.
