::Memory Gardens Cemetery--Pampa TX

Brenda Jo McKeen

PAMPA - Brenda Jo Jennings McKeen, 47, formerly of Pampa, died 
Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000, in Crosbyton.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral 
Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Fines Marchman, pastor of 
First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating. Burial will be in 
Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. McKeen was born in Oklahoma City and had lived in Pampa most of 
her life. She graduated from Pampa High School. She was a homemaker 
and also was a licensed vocational nurse, working for Coronado Health 
Care Center and Pampa Nursing Center.

She moved to Roaring Springs in 1996 from Pampa. She was a member of 
First Baptist Church in Roaring Springs.

She married Emmitt McKeen in 1973 at Pampa. He died in 1989.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence Allen; a son, Michael McKeen 
of Pampa; a daughter, Patsy Ledford of Pampa; her mother, Betty 
Atchley of Coleman; a sister, Bonnie Magina of Atlanta; two brothers, 
Mike Jennings of Amarillo and Mark Jennings of Claremore, Okla.; and 
two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. today at the 
funeral home. They suggests memorials be to the American Diabetes 
Association, P.O. Box 50433, Amarillo, TX 79159.
