Neie, 49, of Amarillo died Saturday, June 8, 2002. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. today in Central Church of Christ with the Rev. Paul Sneed officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Mr. Neie was born June 8, 1953, in Amarillo. He was employed with Western Builders as a master carpenter. He was a member of Central Church of Christ, Palo Duro Bow Hunters Association, Carpenters Local Union No. 665 and National Rifle Association. He was preceded in death by his mother, June Neie in 1991. Survivors include his wife, Linda; three daughters, Lindsay Neie and Ashley Neie, both of Amarillo, and from a previous marriage, Jodi Neie George of St. Joe; his father, E.J. Neie of Edmond, Okla.; a brother, Jeffery Neie of Amarillo; and two sisters, Jeanne Doane of Kansas City, Mo., and Cynthia Skipworth of San Antonio. The family suggests memorials be to The Bridge Children's Advocacy Center, 1419 S. Polk St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
