All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Nuss, Luana Mae Howard "Lou" Luana Mae 'Lou' Howard, born June 21, 1935 in Golden City, MO and went to be with the Lord on March 16, 2003. Luana was born, raised and worked hard on a farm in Golden City, MO. She completed high school and was involved in the 4-H and Glee Clubs. She enjoyed church activities and was part of the 'Terrific Ten' girls club and loved art and singing. She raised her family in Oklahoma City, OK and obtained a career in interior decorating. She relocated in Florida for 10 years before returning to her home in OKC where she was employed by Hertz Corp. She was a faithful member and intercessor for Church on the Rock, and a mighty warrior for Jesus Christ our Lord. Survivors include 2 daughters, Susan Cougill & husband Mike, Nancy Bagdasarian & husband Keith; 1 son, James Randall Nuss (Randy) & wife Paige; 2 sisters include D. Claudine Anderson and Nata Selves & husband Roger; 1 brother, Claude L. Howard & wife Joanne; grandchildren include Chris & Mark Ridener, Michael & Katlyn Cougill, Tiffany & Andrew Nuss, and Dustin, Kyle and Taryn Bagdasarian. Preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Claude Howard, Jr., daughters, Linda Ridener, and infant child Mary. Contributions accepted for Church on the Rock or Mercy Hospice. Visitation will be held from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. on Tues., March 18, at Mercer-Adams Funeral Home in Bethany. Funeral services will be led by her pastor, Dr. John Benefiel, at 10:00 A.M. on March 19, 2003, at Church on the Rock in OKC.
