All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Marlow Review Jack Alan Olsen Jack Alan Olsen, 60, died peacefully at his home in Delray Beach, Florida, on Sunday, March 13, 2005, following a courageous battle with a Parkinson's related illness. He was born March 25, 1944, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Mary Ann (Miller) and the late Orville Olsen. He grew up in Colorado and graduated from Silverton High School in 1962. He received his B.A. from Adams State College in Alamosa, Colorado in 1968. Jack's great wit and charm served him well in sales and management during his corporate career for over ten years. He then pursued his own dreams as a successful business owner and entrepreneur. Jack devoted his free time to his family and his friends. He loved life and that included baseball, football, fishing, hunting, and a good game of cards. He was a member of the Marlow First Baptist Church. He will be greatly missed and leaves behind his wife of 40 years, their daughter, Nicki, and son, Jack, and 6 grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Ann, his older sister, Sandy and Don Alexander of Marlow; and his younger brother, Jeff Olsen of Marlow. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his beloved sister, "Becky".
