Frances Jayne Pixley, 90, of Amarillo died Monday, March 11, 2002.

Services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral
Directors, 5400 S. Bell St.

Mrs. Pixley was born July 27, 1911, in Oklahoma City. She grew up in
Arkansas City, Kan. She was a personal loan officer at a bank. She attended
college at OCW in Chickasha, Okla. She had lived in Amarillo since 1992.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Pixley.

Survivors include a daughter, Sondra Hawkins and husband, Cecil, of Amarillo;
a brother, John Power Jr. and wife, Al, of Irving; two granddaughters; six
great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be to Alzheimer's Association, 2200 W. Seventh
Ave., Amarillo, TX 79106.
