Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at New Covenant United Methodist Church in Edmond, OK. A reception will follow at the church. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at Carney Cemetery in Carney, OK. David was born December 18, 1956 to J. Gordon Pulliam and Annette E. Henley in Oklahoma City. He was raised in Oklahoma and has been a resident of Albuquerque, NM for 20 years. He worked in Albuquerque as a Computer Sales Manager. He is survived by his wife, Karen (Reed) Pulliam who he married on November 23, 1991; sons, Tanner and Reed Pulliam; parents J. Gordon (Kay) Pulliam and Annette Henley; grandmother, Mary Ellen Henley of Edmond, OK; brother, Andrew (Mary Helen) Hall; sisters, Vickie (Mike) Longan and Gena (Rick) Kempf. David was an avid golfer and fisherman. Family, friends, neighbors, clients, co-workers, and fishing and golfing buddies will all sorely miss him. He will be remembered as a loving father, husband, son and brother and as a vibrant, charismatic and successful man. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Presbyterian-Kaseman Hospice Services, 8300 Constitution NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 or to Barrows Neurological Institute, c/o Dr. Lynn Stuart Ashby, Brain Tumor Research, 500 West Thomas Road, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
