All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Payne, Samuel Lee Payne Jr. & Crystal Megan Samuel Lee Payne, Jr., 24, and Crystal Megan (Johnson) Payne, 24, passed away on November 30, 2002 in Edmond, OK. Samuel was born October 16, 1978 in Las Vegas, NV to Samuel L., Sr. and Deborah A. Payne. Crystal was born September 22, 1978 in Milford, CT to Richard and Freddi Johnson. Samuel worked as a chef-meat cutter and was a member of the Army Reserve. Crystal worked as an LPN at Dr. Mickey Crittendon's office with Mercy Health. Samuel is preceded in death by his grandparents, Shirley Payne, Alfred Estes, and Bobbie Payne. He is survived by his parents; grandmother, Elizabeth Estes of Ochelata, OK; grandfather William S. Payne; uncle John Payne of Pahrupm, NV, brother Tice G. Morgon of Bothell, WA; aunt Rebecca Mullins of Lakewood, WA. Crystal is survived by parents; brother Chris Johnson of Hot Springs, AR and David Johnson of Colorado Springs, CO; along with Aunts, Uncles, and friends to numerous to count. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., December 4, 2002 at the Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel in Edmond. Interment will follow at Gracelawn Cemetery. In memory of Crystal Payne, friends and family are asked to make a donation to the Pediatric Clinic at the Hope Center.
