Departed suddenly 8/11/02. Cecil left behind many loved ones including his wife, Carolyn Proctor; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Darrell Proctor and Mary Proctor, and grandson, Marshall Proctor of Madill OK; daughter, Ellen Ford and granddaughter, Victoria Ford of OKC; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Peggy LaMascus, and grandchildren, Tyler, Sarah, and Eric LaMascus, all of Hereford, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Alton and Marsha Proctor of Buncombe Creek; nephew, Patrick Proctor of Denton TX; in-laws, John and Betty Miller, Joyce and Joe Kutej, Veda and Jimmy James, and Kathy Miller, all of OKC, and Butch and Karen Miller of Newcastle; along with many cousins, friends and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Glenda Proctor, and his nephew, Bill Proctor, all of Buncombe Creek. Cecil is best remembered, affectionately, by various expletives. He is described by all who knew him as a man of character and integrity who shared life and love with his family. He gave his worldly goods without regard for himself, only asking that they 'pass it on.' His love of God and Country gave him cause to live as well as the courage to stand for what is right towards his fellow man. Our memories of Cecil will be long and lasting as we pause to remember his life and what it meant to us as individuals. Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Thursday, August 15, 2002, at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel. Published in the Oklahoman on 8/14/2002. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Oklahoma County Archives: http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ok/oklahoma/oklahoma.html
