Parenica was born on August 27, 1911. On December 26, 2002 she went to be with her Lord & Savior. She is survived by Henry her husband of 71 years, son Lionel & his wife Pat Parenica of Midwest City, daughter Karen Keener of Dallas, TX, 4 grandchildren, Tab & Dustin Keener, Paul Parenica, Lisa Northcutt, 6 great grandchildren, Will & Cole Keener, Ryan & Clarke Northcutt, Lisa & Lauren Parenica, & numerous other friends & relatives. Fay was a faithful member of Life Christian Church. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday December 28th at Schwartz Cemetery located at SE 89th & Anderson Rd. Barnes & Johnson F.H. 1820 S.
