Mattie L. Pritchett May 23, 1932 - July 5, 2007 Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., at Terra Bella Church of the Nazarene. There will also be a graveside funeral service on Thursday, July 12, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., in the West Side District Cemetery, 440 E. Cedar Street, Taft. Mrs. Pritchett was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on May 23, 1932 and passed away in Terra Bella on July 5, 2007. Mrs. Pritchett has been a cancer survivor for over 30 years. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Terra Bella. Mrs. Pritchett was preceded in death by her parents, Fleet and Emma Watson; her sister, Christine Snead; her brothers, Henry Dixon and Floyd Watson; and her sister, Annalee Watson. Her survivors include her husband of 54 years, George Pritchett of Terra Bella; her children and their spouses, Nathan and Tammy Pritchett of Derby Acres, Kelly and Tom Orr of Anderson and Gary and Linda Pritchett of Scappoose, Oregon; her brothers and their spouses, Herman and Marynell Watson of Taft, Jerry and Ann Watson of Taft, and Paul and Judy Watson of Bakersfield; her grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. There are no visitation hours scheduled and the arrangements are under the direction of the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home, Taft.
