'Fuzzy', 80, went to be with the Lord March 16, 2003. He was born on April 5, 1922 to Rahill Michael and Bedar Rahill in Springfield, Illinois. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II in England. For many years he owned and operated Fuzzy's Supper Club and most recently worked as maitre d at Juniors restaurant. Fuzzy was a very active member of the Mason's and the Shriner's and enjoyed hosting an annual Christmas Party for the Mark Twain Elementary School, doing so for the last 34 years. He also enjoyed serving at the Red Andrews Christmas Dinner. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Louise Shadid and Elizabeth Cohlmia. He is survived by his 3 brothers, Roy Rahill, Otto Rahill and his wife Madeline and R. Michael Rahill as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Trisagion service will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at 6:30 P.M. followed by the Funeral Service at 7:00 P.M. both held at St. Elijah Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church. The closing of the casket will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday March 19, 2003 at the church followed by the committal service at Fairlawn Cemetery. Officiating will be the Arch Priest Constantine Nasr, Economos, The Reverend John Mefrige and The Reverend Basil McMurry will be officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Flowers that Do Not Wither Fund at St. Elijah Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church or to the Mark Twain Elementary School. Fuzzy was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
