All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Rains, Arleta Sue Arleta Sue Rains, was born in Amber, Oklahoma, on September 6, 1941, to Harvey and Georgia Thayer Parrish. She passed away at her home in Kaufman, on August 24, 2002. Arleta Sue was raised mostly in Nicoma Park, Oklahoma and she graduated from Central State University in Oklahoma. Arleta Sue taught public school in Oklahoma, Texas and Alaska. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. On August 29, 1981, Arleta Sue married Charles Rains, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Arleta Sue was preceded in death by her sister, Zelma Ann Parrish, in 1994, and she is survived by her husband, Charles Rains of Kaufman; parents, Harvey and Georgia Parrish of McLoud, Oklahoma; sons, Alex Capron of Prague, Oklahoma, Patrick Rains of Colorado Springs and Eric Capron of Prague, Oklahoma; daughters, Peggy Rains of Mannford, Oklahoma and Bari Trost of Rigby, Idaho; brother, Harvey T. Parrish of Oklahoma City; sisters, Georgia Lee Williamson of Bengal, Oklahoma and Debbie Rothrock of Choctaw, Oklahoma; and twelve grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 29, 2002, at 1:00 pm, at the Parker-Ashworth Chapel. Graveside services will be Friday, August 30, 2002, at 1:00 pm, at Prague Cemetery in Prague, Oklahoma.
