Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Wheeler First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rob Lindley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery in Oklahoma City by Wright Funeral Home of Wheeler. Mrs. Roark was born in Oklahoma City where she was a longtime resident. In 1974, she and her husband moved to Wheeler where they operated Roark Grocery until 1980 when they returned to Oklahoma City. They returned to Wheeler in 1995. Mrs. Roark was a painter and musician. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Wheeler, Kappa Delta sorority and Needlework Guild of Oklahoma City. She married Robert L. Roark in 1948 at Stillwater, Okla. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Glenda Galutia of Wheeler, Debra Foreman of Grapevine and Patricia Lucas of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Roberta Ware of Wheeler and Patricia Brooks of Eureka Springs, Ark.; and seven grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church Building Fund of Wheeler, Wheeler Library or the Cancer Research Foundation.
