Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marvin Hudson officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Bradley Cemetery in Bradley with full military honors. Havenbrook Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Mr. Stucks was born Jan. 3, 1944, in Oklahoma City, to John and Lily Kimberlin Stucks. He grew up in Oklahoma City. He was a Navy veteran. He was a medical field service technician for 12 years and a pharmacy technician for four years. He then served with the Navy SEALs and was attached for a short term to a Marine Corps unit. He received many awards including four Good Conduct Awards, a Bronze Star, a Combat Action Ribbon, a Presidential, Meritorious and Navy Unit Citation, a Philippine and Vietnam Presidential Unit Citation, two Humanitarian Service Awards, a Vietnam Service Medal (with four stars) and a Vietnam City Actions Ribbon (with Palm). He retired from the Navy after 23 years of service. He then worked for the Texas correctional system. He then returned to Oklahoma and worked for a steel company in Oklahoma City. He was a senior nurse’s aide at the Norman Veterans Center for 13 years. He married Mavis Grayson Dec. 27, 1991, in Gainesville, Texas. He was a member of Church of God of Prophesy. He was a member of the Norman Buckaroo Square Dance Club, National Rifle Association, National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors Incorporated and the Oklahoma Beekeepers Association. Mr. Stucks was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. Mr. Stucks is survived by his wife, Mavis Grayson of the home; step-son, Tim Setzer and wife, Jackie, of Norman; step-daughter, Pam Young of Norman; sisters, Polly Chaco and husband, Frank, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Charlene Morgan of Oklahoma City; 10 step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Bearers will be Tim Setzer, Garland Davis, Rick, Randy and Steve Beau- champ and Jim Woolsey. Jim Beauchamp will be an honorary bearer.
