Survived by his wife, Helen, children, Paula Stockman, Barbara Downing, Wayne and Leonard Phillips, Robert Katilus, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren. He enjoyed a long and successful life as a CPA. He was a kind and loving man and will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Okla. City. Private family service.
