Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday in Davis Chapel, North Richland Hills. Burial: Mount Zion Cemetery, Ranger. Memorials: Vitas Hospice; Mount Zion Cemetery Association. John Lloyd Satterwhite was born Aug. 13, 1936, in Pampa to Lloyd Alexander Satterwhite and Anna Madge Robinson Satterwhite. He graduated from Breckenridge High School and attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood. He married Glenda Jean Rone May 29, 1962, in Oklahoma City. John was a born-again Christian. He moved from Breckenridge to Fort Worth, where he worked as transportation manager for FBEM. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; his father, L.A. Satterwhite; father-in-law, F.D. Rone; and great-grandson, Kaden Danile Williams. Survivors: Daughters, Karree Lea Satterwhite of Fort Worth and Kellee Cox and husband, Douglas Cox of Asheville, N.C.; his mother, Mrs. L.A. Satterwhite; his brother, David Alexander and wife, Dwana Satterwhite of Stephens County; grandchildren, Tim and Elissa Williams of LaGrange, Ga.; great-grandchildren, Kyle, Kaylor and Kenton Williams, also of LaGrange; niece, Jeanann Lopez and husband, Edwin Lopez of Manchester, N.H., Dianna Tucker and husband, Richard Tucker of Asheville; nephew, Christopher David Satterwhite of California; sister-in-law, Joann LaFaver of Oklahoma City; brother-in-law, Orville Moon of Oklahoma City; mother-in-law, Nannette Rone of Oklahoma City; nieces and nephews, David Moon and family, Barry LaFaver and family, all of Oklahoma; and several family members in Stephens County. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Oklahoma County Archives: http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ok/oklahoma/oklahoma.html
