Kathy was born on Sept. 16, 1924 in Ada, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack W. Simmons and her grandson, Larry Jack. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Larry & Lorraine, Gary & Terry, and her grandchildren, Jon, Susan and Joe Simmons, Chris Jones, and 3 great- grandchildren. Services will be 10:00 AM, Mon., Sept. 16, 2002 at Bill Eisenhour S.E. Chapel with burial at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
