He was born September 26, 1934 in Tulsa, OK the son of Osborn Raymond and Alma Ruth Rider Tucker. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. A third generation Oklahoman, he graduated from Drumright High School, received a Bachelor and Masters in Business Education from Oklahoma State University. In 1961, he married Marion Bulger. Tom and Marion lived in Dallas, Oklahoma City, Perry and Tonkawa, OK presently residing in Blackwell, OK. Tom recently retired from Northern Oklahoma College, Tonkawa where he was Physical Plant Director. Tom was a gifted carpenter, craftsman and restored many historic homes several in which his family spent many happy years. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Marion; daughters, Tara Vaughn and husband Cory, Sandy Pantlik and husband Mike; granddaughters, Maddie and Sophie Vaughn, and Paige Pantlik; sister, Joan Johnston and husband Marcus; nieces, Laura Taylor and husband Chris, Jackie Neel and husband Richard. The family suggests memorials to Habitat for Humanity. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 3, 2003 at Smith & Kernke Chapel, 14624 N. May Avenue, OKC.
