All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm *========================================================================* Taylor, Stanley Zane Stanley Zane Taylor was born on May 27, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to M.O. and Barbara Taylor. After graduating from Mt. St. Mary's High School, Zane served with the U.S. Army in Japan and Korea. Upon his return he was employed with the U.S. Postal Service while earning his degree from Central State University and remained with the U.S. Postal Service until his death on July 16, 2002. Zane was preceded in death by his father, M.O. Spud Taylor in 1991 and from that time served as the family patriarch. He was a loving and giving individual and touched many lives. He always enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends. Zane is survived by his wife, Rosie Tran, daughters Lydia Lee Taylor and Audrey Mandy Taylor, of the home, step daughter Tuyetmai Nguyen and husband Minh Nguyen, stepson Minh Tran and his wife Sue Cho, grandchildren Jenny and Andrew Nguyen and Tyler Tran. He is also survived by his mother Mrs. Barbara Taylor and sisters Mickey Harjo, Donna Taylor, Cindy Sharp and many nieces and nephews. Zane was a good man and an honorable man and will be remembered by his many lifelong friends. Visitation is at John M. Ireland Funeral Home, 120 South Broadway in Moore, Oklahoma on Thursday, July 18th through Friday, July 19th with graveside services to be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 20 at Moore Cemetery, 800 SW 4th Street in Moore, OK. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, OK.
