All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Cremation Society--OKC OK Thompson, Luise Edgerton McAninch Luise Edgerton McAninch, died January 9, 2003, after a lifetime of service as a church musician, school music teacher, and private piano teacher. She was born in Plantsville, Ohio, and came to Oklahoma with her family in the 1920's. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and later joined the English faculty there. Later she taught at all levels in Yukon, Cyril, and Fletcher. She retired from Tinker AFB as a B52 inventory management specialist. She is remembered by all who knew her as a special person who found it easier to give than to receive, She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her daughter Nancy and husband Jim Cooprider, three grandsons, Jay, Clay, and Curt Cooprider, and twelve great grandchildren survive her. Also surviving are her sister Lois Schillinger, Missouri, and her cousin Kathleen Silliman, Guthrie. Her loving husband, William Estes Thompson, siblings Crew Edgerton and Betty Browning, and an infant great-grandson predeceased her.
