All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery--Spencer OK Thompson, Margarette Inez Margarette Inez Thompson beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, 83, of Midwest City, went to be with the Lord Saturday March 29th in Meeker, Oklahoma. Margarette was born in Tateville Kentucky on May 4th, 1919 to Ira Stout and Lilian Gertrude (Dodson) Bryant. She was preceded in death by her parents, twin sister, Janice, sister, Wilma, daughter, Betty Shalimar Guerra and husband Virgil K. Thompson. Survivors include daughter, Frankie Whiteman and husband Gary of Meeker, son-inlaw, Rick Guerra of Okla. City, 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Margarette had dedicated 33 years of her life caring for other people working as a LPN at Midwest City Hospital, Colonial Manor Nursing Home and the last 14 years caring for her friends and patrons that came to the Buy for Less grocery in Midwest City to have their blood pressure checked, receive advice regarding medical treatment or a companion to talk to. Margarette loved people and had a host of good and loyal friends. There are no words to express how much her family loved her. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the Meeker Nursing Center for insuring that Margarette's last two weeks were in a caring and compassionate environment. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the Barnes and Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens. Barnes & Johnson F.H. 1820 S.
