Tatum, 61, passed away on February 7, 2009 in Oklahoma City. She was born on September 13, 1947 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Grant and Marguerite (Turbyfill) Gamble. After moving to Oklahoma City, Glenda went to Northwest Classen High School where she graduated in 1965. She worked for 25 years at the General Motors assembly plant where she retired. Glenda was a member of the Southwest Baptist Church where she loved and taught children for over 30 years. She loved all her family, especially her children, grandchildren and had a special devotion to all her nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Melvin Blazee, Jr. She is survived by one son, Grant Tatum and wife Begona of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Jessica Harris and husband Ricky of Tuttle, Oklahoma; and two brothers, Jerry Gamble of Yukon, Oklahoma and Lonnie Gamble and wife Wanda of Yukon, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Riley, Reece and Damian. Services were held February 11, 2009 in the Chapel of Resthaven with interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
