Geneva Kate Westerfield

Geneva Kate Westerfield, 88, of Amarillo died Thursday, May 2, 2002.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Llano Cemetery with Dr. G.A.
Roach, director of Pastoral Care for Northwest Texas Hospital, officiating.
Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Mrs. Westerfield was born in Byrans Mill to Angus and Emma Lena Yeatman.
She married Earl Stanley Westerfield on Aug. 15, 1932. She was a Christian.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Sept. 11, 1978.

Survivors include two daughters, Pat Pettit and husband, Bunk, of Amarillo and
Nancy Wells of Dumas; a son, Stanley Westerfield and wife, Judy, of Amarillo;
a sister, Bea Caskill of Amarillo; eight grandchildren, Mark Pettit of Alaska,
Kathy Trent of Hazard, Ky., Denise Pettit, Laura Patrick, Debbie Auriemma
and Julie Johnson, all of Amarillo, Renee Turner of Edmond, Okla., and Davie
Ann Blankenburg of Dumas; 19 great-grandchildren; and eight
great-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to S.P.C.A.
