All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Walcott, Ervalene Ervalene Walcott, age 61, of Edmond, Okla. was born Nov. 16th 1940 in Okla City to Ervin and Effie Menn. Ervalene married Gary Walcott on June 9th 1963 in Okla. City. She was a homemaker, a loving, devoted and much loved wife, mother, aunt, cousin and friend. She lived the majority of her life in Edmond and Oklahoma City. She was a member of the Memorial Rd. Church of Christ where she was a faithfull member and devoted Christian. She was a sweet spirited lady who loved to study her bible and lived her life in service to God. Ervalene was also a member of the Hope Organization for cancer survivors of which she became a member as a result of her illness. She made many wonderful friends throughout her life and was always prepared to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She took every opportunity to be with her family and friends and set a wonderful example for us all. Ervalene passed away on July 15th, 2002 at her home in Edmond. Her survivors include: loving husband, Gary of the home; sons: Gary and Brady Walcott both of Dallas, Texas; sisters and brother-in-law: Janese and Roland Fair of Okla. City, Imogene Lister of Okla. City; her dear cousins: Mary Gene Cox of Tuttle and Cheryl Ann West of Okla. City. Several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christian Services of Oklahoma, P.O. Box 36000, Okla. City, Oklahoma 73136. Services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday July 18th 2002 at Memorial Rd. Church of Christ with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery. Services under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home. Matthews Funeral Home Locally Owned 601 S.
