All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Maple Grove Cemetery--Seminole OK Walker, Edna Mae Edna Mae Walker was born at home in Seminole, Oklahoma on January 19, 1912 to David and Selina Micco Coker and was called to her heavenly home on her 91st birthday. She was baptized at Wewoka Indian Baptist Church in 1948. She moved to Oklahoma City in 1959 and attended Central Baptist Church, She enjoyed gardening, ceramics and traveling. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Murl Brown and Leo Walker; brothers David Coker II and Harry Coker and a sister Helen Hill. She is survived by 3 children, Loretta Foster, Genevieve Fish and Glenn Walker, one brother George Coker and wife Norma, three sisters Hazel Lusty, Della Jones and Annamae Cash; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She met many new friends at Southpark Nursing Home where she spent the last few years of her life. Her family wishes to extend their thanks to those who helped in caring for her. Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday in Branstetter- Merritt's Rosewood Chapel with burial immediately following at Maple Grove Cemetery, Seminole, Oklahoma.
