She was born August 31, 1918. Cecelia Jane was actively involved in the Oklahoma City community and her church for over fifty years. She created many memories for her family during summers in Crested Butte. She is survived by four daughters, Diane Rouse, Catherine Fellingham, Cecelia Jane Rigsby, Pamela Rust and her husband, Jim. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren: Nick Rouse and his wife, Nicole, Laura Stocker and her husband, Eric, Leigh Rouse; Clifton Hawk, Christine Leal, Katie Vaughn and her husband, James, Kent Fellingham, Meredith Andrews, Cory Hawk; Tiffany Eichner and her husband, Gregg, Amber Bethea and her husband, Brian, Rachel Hairston and her husband, Graham; fourteen great grandchildren: Olivia Rouse, Blake, Lydia and Ayla Stocker; Lindsey, Michael, and Amber Leal, Tonie and Justin Vaughn, and Jessica Fellingham; Dylan Dobson, Jordan, Riley and Hayden Bethea; and her friend and caregiver, Nikki Nelson. A Memorial Service will celebrate her life on Friday, January 31, 2003, 10:00 a.m. at Crown Heights United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests commemorative contributions be made to Crown Heights United Methodist Church, 1021 N.W. 37th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, or a charitable organization of your choice.
