Grace Jane Wiens

PAMPA - Grace Jane Wiens, 85, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church with the
Rev. Todd Dyess, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens
Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Wiens taught Latin and English at Pampa Independent School District for
25 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Edward; two daughters, Sue Bell of Amarillo
and Virginia Dewey of Pampa; a brother, George Roth of Oklahoma City; four
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box
1981, Pampa, TX 79066-1981, or the Alzheimer's Association, Panhandle
Chapter, 2200 W. Seventh Ave., Amarillo, TX 79106.
