Phil (A.K.A 'Flippin Phil') was born in Tulsa, OK, September 28, 1955, and shortly thereafter moved to Oklahoma City where he resided until his death. He attended John Marshall where he was a student leader active in numerous organizations, clubs, and sports. Upon graduation in 1974, he moved to Norman where he attended the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after, he helped establish the family business working there from 1975 to the present date. In his spare time, he loved to play with his very active dog, Baxter, and golf with his friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Louise Wallace. Phil is survived by his wife, Pam; children, Heidi Sue and P.V. II; father Jack C. Wallace and his wife Victoria; mother-in-law, Barbara Hilterbran; father- inlaw, Keith Taylor and his wife, Susan; brother, Jack Wallace Jr., and his wife Karla; brother, Dan and his wife Christy; brother-inlaw, Jeff Taylor and his wife, Kelly; brother-in- law, Matt Taylor and his wife, Joanna; uncle, William H. Wallace and many, many, loving nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 3, 2003, at 2:00 pm at the Smith and Kernke Chapel, 14624 N.
