Ralph E., 89, went to be with the LORD on January 14, 2003. JOHN 5:24. Ralph was born on Indian land south of Geary, OK, on December 25, 1913. Ralph was preceded in death by his 2 sisters, Elsie & Fannie; his brother, Jack & wife, Doris. After high school, he entered the Army & played in the Army band at Fort Sam Houston. After leaving the Army, he re-enlisted when WWII started. After the war, he moved to Midwest City, OK & later retired from Tinker Air Force Base in 1978. Ralph was an avid square dancer. He was also very active in the AARP & NARFE after his retirement. He is survived by his 2 sons, Gerald & Bobby of Oklahoma City. Also, Bobby's wife, Dianne; 2 grandchildren, Kelli & Kimberly of Oklahoma City, & 2 great-grandchildren, Sydney & Thomas. The family especially thanks the following wonderful ladies who gave Dad joy & love during the last months of his life: Angela Buie, nurse, Donna Wilson, Cheryl Phillips, Verda McCubin & Alicia Taylor. Committal services will be Friday, January 17, 2003, 3:00 p.m. at Arlington Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
