He was born to Artie Flay and Eula (Weaver) York McKinley on Jan. 27, 1934 in Okla. City, Okla. He graduated from and received his Master's Degree from the Univ. of Okla., with studies in Geology & Mechanical Engineering. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Japan during the Korean War. He was the owner & proprietor of York Marine & Salvage Co. He was a private pilot and greatly enjoyed flying. He was of the Baptist religion and was active with the Calvary Boys Ranch. He was preceded in death by his father, Artie Flay. He is survived by and shall be lovingly remembered by his mother, Eula York McKinley; wife, Dolores; daughters, Regina Park and Debra Williams; 4 loving grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, at Mercer-Adams Chapel, with interment at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
