(1/18/1903) The home of little Miss Frances Harper was a scene of childish gaiety Saturday afternoon when she entertained on the anniversary of her birth, having attained the dignified age of seven years. Refreshments dear to the childish heart were served and the afternoon passed all too quickly at games. Holmes, manager of the city circulation of The Oklahoman, was yesterday called upon to take care of a special edition at his house in the form of a bouncing girl baby. Lewis is the tallest man on the force, all on account of a fine eight-pound girl baby which arrived at his home yesterday. (6/14/1903) LAWTON SOCIETY. A very pleasant surprise party that was really and truly a surprise was given Miss Mabel Winn Friday evening by a number of her admiring friends. The occasion was the eighteenth birthday anniversary of Miss Winn and probably of all the others none was passed so happily as this one. Music, games and happy laughing talk made the hours speed away and the evening was ended with a jolly little luncheon. Of the guests were Miss Mary Stoll, Miss Mattie Dohlan, Miss Perry Scranton, Miss Bessie Oliver, Miss Bertha Houghton, Miss Ethel Edmundson, Mr. Campbell, Mr. Orrick, Mr. Brunswick, Mr. Roy Brunswick, Mr. Edmundson, MR. (6/28/1903) POND CREEK SOCIETY. Bee Wheeler entertained about 20 of her girl friends Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 6, in honor of her 13th birthday. McDonald of East Seventh street, are the proud parents of a fine girl baby, which arrived Monday. A ten-pound son was born yesterday to Rev. and Mrs. Frank E. Day of the First Methodist church. A daughter was born at 3:25 the morning of the Fourth of July to Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Grigsby, who live on R.F.D. Route No. 2. (7/11/1903) Mr. and Mrs. Will S. Guthrie, of Thirteenth and Broadway, are rejoicing over the arrival of a son. (7/12/1903) Born, to Mr. and Mrs. R.S. Hiner yesterday morning, a boy. (7/17/1903) William Burridge, a native of Australia, was yesterday in district court made a naturalized citizen of the United States by Judge Burwell. (7/21/1903) The Oklahoman force is in receipt of a box of fine cigars from Charles S. Vadsworth, jr., assistant city engineer, born July 17. (7/30/1903) Mrs. H.A. Baker, wife of the Hotel Lee druggist, on Monday morning, July 27, gave birth to an 11 ˝ pound daughter. Both are doing well. (7/31/1903) Rev. W.M. Anderson, pastor of the First Baptist church, yesterday secured an assistant without consulting the board deacons. The "new man" weighs about 10 pounds, and arrived at 5 o'clock yesterday morning. (8/2/1903) Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Mann are the proud parents of a five pound boy baby, which arrived at their home Friday night. Mr. and Mrs. C.B. Hughes of 433 West Main street are the proud parents of a 12-pound boy baby, which arrived yesterday. Dr. Cockerill was in attendance. The mother and son are doing well. (8/4/1903) E.S. Hurlbert, formerly a Western Union telegraph operator in this city, but now located at Phoenix, N.M., writes announcing the birth of a 12-pound boy at his home. (8/9/1903) CHICKASHA SOCIETY. Master Harry Crowley celebrated his ninth birth Tuesday afternoon with a party, at which a number of his little friends were present. The children enjoyed the afternoon with outdoor games, after which they were served with delicious refreshment. The following girls and boys were present: Myrtle Sherne, Nina Darnell, Mabel Hermice, Willma Cloud, Emma Rose, Laverta Jones, Rose Crowley; Allen Duffy, Sherley True, Harry and Arthur Sheene, Paul Poland, Harry and Eddie Cloud, Horace and Ira Darnell. (8/18/1903) George E. Taute is rejoicing over the arrival of a fine 11-pound son at his home yesterday morning. A fine 11-pound boy baby arrived at the home of Policeman L.D. Fowler yesterday morning. The mother and child are getting along nicely. (8/25/1903) Mr. and Mrs. E.L. McNabb of 9 South McKinley avenue, who recently moved here from eastern Tennessee, are rejoicing over the advent of a girl baby which they have named "Oklahoma." Harvey are the proud parents of a ten-pound boy which came to their home Sunday. (9/27/1903) Miss Annabel Harper, the daughter of Judge and Mrs. Harper, has invited a number of her friends to her eleventh birthday anniversary celebration Wednesday evening. (10/9/1903) A fine baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Violet at 36 East Elgin? street. (10/17/1903) An eight pound girl baby was born to Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Dickhoener, yesterday. The mother and babe are doing well under the care of Dr. T.A. Bacharan. (11/22/1903) Has Sixteen Children. Shawnee, O.T., Nov. 21.—Chris Redel, residing on East Oakland avenue at this city is the father of sixteen children, two twins having appeared at his home recently. They are all strong and well built and Mr. Redel and his wife rejoice over their children. The eldest daughter is married and has a child of her own. Mr. Redel and wife are both short of stature but strongly built and from Germany, their native country. Their family is believed to be the largest in the territory. Twins were born to them once before this latest event. (12/20/1903) No Race Suicide.(????) J.R. Ligon, an employe at Schweinle & Monroney's reports the arrival of a fine boy baby at his home , and his employers presented him with a fine baby carriage for every boy baby born to an employe of the concern. It has already given out five carriages and withdraws the offer.
