The Bloys-Thomas Nuptials Were a Social Event. El Reno, O.T., Dec. 27,--No social event of the season has surpassed that of last evening when the marriage of Mr. Edgar Bloys and Miss Sue C. Thomas occurred at 8:30 o'clock at the M.E. Church, south. The church was very tastefully decorated with palms, ferns, other evergreen and house plants. At the altar where the ceremony was performed, a pretty arch of cedar and mistletoe was constructed. In the center was suspended a beautiful bell made of white silk the clapper of which was an electric light with a pink effect. The entire platform of the pulpit was set with palms and evergreens. At the terminus of each isle down which the bride and groom passed beautiful arches of mistletoe and evergreen were made. Promptly at 8:30 oclock Miss Edith Patterson took her place at the organ and began playing Wagner's pretty wedding march, Lohengrin. A few moments later the wedding party appeared. At the east door the bride accompanied by Miss Bessie Meyer and Charles Shively as usher, started to the altar. Simultaneously from the west door the groom, accompanied by Mr. E.D. Cave, as groomsman, and Amzey Deardorf as usher, proceeded to the altar. As the bride and groom met under the wedding arch, Rev. C.F. Roberts, pastor of the church stepped forward and in an impressive way pronounced them man and wife. The bride wore a pretty costume of silk mull and carried a handsome bouquet of white bride's roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Meyer, wore a dress of white organdy and carried a bouquet of La France roses. The groom and groomsman wore the conventional black dress suit. (12/31/1901) MARRIAGES AND LICENSES.—Yesterday licenses to wed were issued to Frank Kriz and Miss Kristina Vitava of Mishak, William P.
