The Oklahoman Wednesday, September 25, 1901 THUMB - PUTIAN Mr. and Mrs. Midget announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Lillian Putian Midget, to Mr. Thomas Thumb, to take place at the Christian Church Friday evening, the 27th at 8 o'clock. Miss Lillian is a popular accomplished and beautiful young lady, and we deeply regret that we must lose one of the fairest flowers that ever adorned our social circles. Mr. Thumb, a rising young attorney, is a highly respected, energetic citizen of Pigmy Town and is well known in this place. Immediately after the ceremony the happy pair leave this place and after spending a month at different summer resorts, will be at home on Gullivar Avenue, Pigmy Town, Oct. 30, 1901. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Oklahoma County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/oklahoma/oklahoma.html
