Verne W. Anderson 

Verne W. Anderson, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 5, 2003. He was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma

on August 23, 1913. He was a retired salesman. He is survived by his wife, Mariella Anderson, two sons, 

Lynn and Ted Anderson of Tulsa, three grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a brother Ross Anderson of

Dallas, Texas. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Okmulgee. Memorial services will be

held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 7, 2003 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jeffrey B.

Cranton officiating. A private family interment will be held at the Okmulgee Cemetery.

Friends may visit the funeral home from 12-8 P.M. on Thursday. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, American Cancer Society or the Okmulgee Library.

Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
