She was born Thursday, October 7, 1915 in Arkansas. In 1929, she married Lonnie (John) Baldridge in Okemah. She was a former longtime resident of Okmulgee, where she raised her family and was active in the Women’s Ministries at her church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, an infant son, sisters; Dolsie Tomlinson and Cecile Heard; brothers, Reverend Willis Baldridge and Billy Baldridge, along with other sisters and brothers. Survivors include her daughter, Dorlin (Jeanie) Stice of Bixby; grandson, Chris Smith of Oklahoma City; granddaughter, Rachelle Aguirrie and husband, Pete of Broken Arrow; great granddaughter, Ashley Smith of Oklahoma City; great grandson, P.J. Aguirrie of Broken Arrow; two brothers, Junior Baldridge and Floyd Baldridge and wife, Joyce of Okmulgee; one sister, Rushey Wright of Okmulgee and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 4, 2006 at the Shurden-Kelley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tommy Tomlinson officiating.
