She was born Friday, November 5, 1943 to Floyd and Salina (Stake) Davis in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. On July 10, 2001, she married Phillip R. Casey in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Davis, Sr.; two brothers: Floyd Davis, Jr. and David J. Davis and one sister: Annie Davis. Survivors include: husband, Phillip Casey of the home; mother: Salina Davis of Okmulgee; three sons: Ricky J. Ryder of Okmulgee; Billy R. Ryder of Tulsa and Tommy L. Ryder of Okmulgee; four daughters: Lisa M. Ryder, Tronia C. Ryder, Amber D. Casey and Heather Ryder all of Tulsa; three brothers: Roy Lee Davis of Sapulpa; Ray Lee Davis of Arkansas and Tommy Lee Davis of Kellyville; five sisters: Mary Matthews of Muskogee; Theresa Davis of Tulsa; Gale Kochler of Stradford, Ok; Cheryl A. Davis of Okmulgee and Angie K. Davis of Okmulgee; twenty-eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2005 at the Kelley Chapel in Okmulgee with Nathan Neal officiating. Services are under the direction of the Shurden-Kelley Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
