Cline, Frances Frances Cline, 82, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away April 3, 2007, after a lengthy illness. She was born October 13, 1924, in Beggs, OK, to James and Mae Messer. She moved to Arizona in 1973 from Denver, CO. She is survived by her husband, Donald; daughter Sharon (Winston) Schmidt of Fairfax, VA; sons Clayton (Linda) of Phoenix, and Curtis (Pam) of Denver; sisters Mary (Wayne) Buckley and Wanda (William) Draeger of Sapulpa, OK; brother Charles (LaVonn) Messer of Wooster, OH; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church and will be remembered for the love and pride she felt towards her family. One of her greatest pleasures was preparing delicious food for festive family gatherings. Visitation will be Thursday, April 5 from 5 to 8 pm at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm, Friday at All Saints Lutheran Church at 15649 N. 7th St., preceded by a private graveside service at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Donations may be made to Banner Health Foundation or The Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix.
