She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 25, 1936 to Floyd and Ruth (Newman) Turley. She married Cecil (Sonny) Crowl in Okmulgee on October 3, 1952 Wilda was employed by the Okmulgee Public Schools for 25 years and attended the Morris Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil (Sonny) Crowl on June 27, 2003 and her parents, two brothers Eddie and Melvin Turley and two sisters Barbara Waldroop and Marietta Bell. Survivors include one daughter JoLinda Bailey and her husband Richard of Morris and one son Danny Crowl and his wife Lynn of League City, Texas, three grandchildren Holly Bailey of Morris, Tyler and Sean Crowl of League City, Texas, one sister Joyce Brown of Seminole, Oklahoma, and an honorary daughters Christie and Ashlyn Baldridge of Okmulgee. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at the First Assembly of God Church in Okmulgee at 2 pm. Rev. Doy Shipman and Rev. James VanHooser will officiate. Burial will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday 12-8 pm at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home. Condolences may be made at mcclendon-winters.com. Pallbearers wil be Tim Turley, Donald Bell, Jeff Bell, Phillip Brown, Peter Bell and Roy Allen Rainbolt. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Bryant, Warren Waldroop, Tom Moore and Floyd Bell.
