Barbara Kay Goodman, a resident of Okmulgee, formerly of Henryetta was born July 17, 1940 in 

Morris, Oklahoma to Doretha and Everett Stubbs.  She passed away Friday,  September 22, 2006 

in Okmulgee, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years 2 months and 5 days.  She was married to Russell 

Goodman.  She was a Program Manager.  She was a member of Church of Christ and was a VFW 

Secretary.  She was preceded in death by both her parents, Everett & Doretha Stubbs, son, 

Justin Paul Caywood, nephew, John Crow IV.



Survived by her Husband,  Russell Goodman, of the home; son,  James Price Caywood II, 

Okmulgee; son,  Jason Patrick Caywood & wife Mary Beth, Henryetta; grandchildren,  

Jamie Paige Caywood, Tulsa;  and Jason Patrick Caywood II, Henryetta;  and Jesse 

Paul Caywood, Henryetta;  and Jewel Payla Caywood & Janessa Pearl, Caywood of Henryetta;  

and July Paige Caywood, Okmulgee;  and Justin Paul Caywood II, Okmulgee; sister,  Donna 

Powders & Al, Tulsa; sister,  Shelly Crow & husband John, Dustin; and a host of nieces, 

nephews,  other relatives & friends.



Services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Shurden Chapel 

in Henryetta. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of 

Shurden Funeral Home.
