Guinn 67, pioneer resident and coal miner of Dewar, died this morning at 2 o'clock in an Oklahoma City hospital. Survivors are two brothers, J.T. Guinn of Empire, California, B.M. Guinn of Henryetta; and four sisters, Mrs. Julia Fowler and Mrs. Ruth Baxter, both of Empire, California, Mrs. J. W. Lloyd of Henryetta, Miss Mary Guinn of Dear, and a niece and foster sister, Mrs. Alice Meyers [Marrs] of Dewar. Funeral arrangements are pending the arrival of relatives and will be announce later by Buchanan Funeral Home. Guinn, 67, in Dewar Pentecostal Church with Rev. Preston Cook officiating. Mr. Guinn, a long-time resident of Dewar and retired coal miner, died March 29, in an Oklahoma City hospital. Burial will be in the New Senora Cemetery under the direction of Buchanan's Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Matt Adams, A. R. Jones, Jimmy Smith, Charles Hinchee, Ed Mordecai, and Scott Durham.
