Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Oneness Pentecostal Church in Dewar with the Rev. William Hodge officiating. Mrs. Guinn first came to what was then Indian Territory about 48 years ago with her husband, the late James Guinn Sr., who for several years operated a farm and stock ranch where the Gulf pumping station is now located. Those who knew her were impressed with her kindliness and generosity and her vivacity in her later years was amazing to those who were in close association with her. Survivors include four sons; Jim, Aaron, and Melton, all of this district; and five daughters, Mrs. Julia Fowler, Mrs. Ruth Baxter, Mrs. Effie Lloyd, Mrs. Alice Marrs, and Miss Mary Guinn.
