	Kelsey Ann Haag, infant daughter of Maegan Jewell 

and Ray Haag, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 

2006 in Okmulgee. 

	She was preceded in death by her maternal 

great grandparents: Edwin and Nancy Mayden.	

	Survivors include: parents: Maegan Jewell and 

Ray Haag; sister: Aubrey Sheyenne Haag; maternal 

grandparents: Melissa Ann Mayden and Larry Dean 

Jewell; paternal grandparents: Frances Haag, Sr. and 

Virginia Mackenzie and paternal great grandparent: 

Ellsie Ross. 

	Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a.m. 

Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at the Okmulgee Cemetery. 

Burial will follow the service under the direction of the 

Shurden-Kelley Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
