Jones, Gavin Mathew 



Baby Boy Gavin Mathew Lee Jones, newborn son of Minda Beth (Smith) and Christopher Lee Jones of 

Henryetta, died Oct. 6, 2000 in Tulsa where he was born the same day. 



Survivors in addition to his parents include his paternal grandrnother, Dyan Murray of Catoosa; 

maternal grandparents, Hawk Smith of Okmulgee and Vickie Smith of Henryetta.

great-grandmother Evelyn Smith of Okmulgee and Patsy Lam Ho of Tulsa; paternal great-grand mother, 

Jo Ann Murray of Henryetta and maternal great-great-grandfather, Arthur Walker of Henryetta.



Funeral services will be held Wednesday Oct. 11 at 2 p.m., at the Robert Simons Funeral Home Chapel. 

Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery under direction of the Robert Simons Funeral Home.
