She was 83 years of age. She was born August 21, 1923 in Enloe, Texas to Bruce Roy and Willie Mae (Haynes) Jackson. She married Jessie Jordan on September 15, 1945 in Cooper, Texas. Nanny was of the Pentecostal Faith and she enjoyed embroidery work. She moved to Morris 5 1/2 years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four brothers, Raymond, Ray, Bruce, and H.C. Jackson and three sisters, Eva Schreader, Elizabeth Neal and an infant sister. Survivors include her children, Crit Roy Jordan and wife Gaye Lynn of Clarksville, Arkansas, Jessie Paul Jordan of McAlester, Oklahoma, David Lee Jordan of Tishamingo, Oklahoma, Nell Pritchett and husband Mark of Centerville, Alabama, and JoAnne Berry and husband Bobby of Morris, twenty grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Louis Sanders, H.H. McCall, Bobby Berry officiating. Interment will follow in Tiger Town Cemetery, Tiger Town, Texas at 3:00 P.M. with Reverend Kendall Berry officiating. Casketbearers will be grandsons, Ken Berry, Kendall Berry, Jessie Jordan, Jr., Jeffrey Jordan, Brandon Jordan, Aaron Pritchett, Joseph Jordan, Joshua Jordan, and Cameron Pritchett.
