	Timothy Paul Mize, 49, a resident of Okmulgee, 

died Tuesday, April 18, 2006 in Okmulgee. He was born 

Thursday, June 28, 1956 to Carl Oscar and Emma Marie 

(Jordan) Mize in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. On February 10, 

1981, he married Deborah Smith in Van Buren, Arkansas. 

Tim was a clerk for Wal-Mart and O’Reilly Auto Parts. 

	

Survivors include: wife; Deborah Mize of the home; mother: 

Emma Marie Packwood of Okemah; two sons: Alan J. Wilson 

and wife, Mandy of Okmulgee and Delwayne Mize and wife, 

Charla of Watts; two daughters: Rebeckah and Anna Mize 

both of Okmulgee and six grandchildren: Reana and A.J. 

Wilson, Elijah, Mackenzie, Stephen and Clayton Mize and 

a baby due in August.  	

	

Graveside Services will be held 2:00 pm Monday, April 24, 

2006 at the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery with Reverend Ken 

Book officiating. Burial will follow the service under the 

direction of the Shurden-Kelley Funeral Home of 

Okmulgee.
