	Alice Mae Osmond, 87, a longtime resident of 

Okmulgee, died Friday, February 24, 2006 at the Okmulgee 

Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Osmond was born September 16, 

1918 in Springfield, Ohio to Edward D. and Emma (Schultz) 

Meckstroth. 

	

      She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Osmond, 

a daughter Mary Kay Osmond and a son Chester Osmond. 

	

      She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Pinneo; son: Charles 

Osmond; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. 

	

      Interment will be at the Okmulgee Cemetery with a private 

graveside service with Dr. Dennis Taylor officiating. 

	

      Services are under the direction of the Shurden-Kelley Funeral 

Home of Okmulgee.
