Daniel Paul Pollard, a resident of Dewar, Oklahoma was born February 26, 1957 

in El Paso, Texas to Leona and Odis D. Pollard.  He passed away October 22, 2006 

at Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 49 years 8 months and 26 days.  He was 

married to Mona Diane (Britt) Pollard at Dewar, Oklahoma on June 24, 1978.  

He worked at Morris Public School as a custodian and in maintenance.  He 

attended the Dewar United Pentecostal Church and was a member of the 

Okmulgee County Bow Hunters Association.  He was preceded in death by his 

father: Odis Pollard, and his mother-in-law: Velma Britt.



He is survived by his wife,  Mona Pollard, of the home

2 Granddaughters,  Trystan & Chrystan Jeffcoat, Dewar, Oklahoma

His Mother,  Leona Pollard, Dewar, Oklahoma

Father in law,  Bob Britt & wife Artie, Dewar, Oklahoma

2 Brothers,  Bruce Pollard, Dewar, Oklahoma

Bryon Pollard & wife Lauri, Glenpool, Oklahoma

2 Sisters,  Cheryl Hunt & husband Alfred, Dewar, Oklahoma

Pam Mozarko & husband Mike, Sapulpa, Oklahoma



As well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 2:00 pm at the Dewar 

United Pentecostal Church officiated by Rev. Matthew Martin and Rev. Gregg Joki.   

Burial will be at New Sonora Cemetery under the direction of Shurden Funeral Home.
